NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchases are for digital products only; giveaway entries are provided as a free promotional bonus with each purchase.

A free entry method is available at all times during an open promotion, and every entry issued — free or bonus — is eligible for the drawing. The number of bonus entries included with a purchase varies by bundle and is stated on the promotion page.

These promotions are sponsored and administered by Accurate Fabrication LLC, Bristol, Connecticut, United States ("Sponsor"). Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to a promotion.

By entering a promotion — whether with a purchase or through the free entry method — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the promotion-specific details published on the giveaway page, and you represent and warrant that you meet every eligibility requirement set out below.

You further agree to accept Sponsor's decisions as final and binding on all matters relating to a promotion, including eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, and prize award.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law, including where such a promotion would constitute an illegal lottery or raffle.

Each promotion begins on its published start date. No fixed end date is published.

Each promotion has an entry target, shown as a progress bar on its giveaway page. The promotion closes once that target is reached, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Because demand is not predictable, no fixed closing date is published; entrants should watch the progress bar on the giveaway page. Sponsor may close the promotion at any time in its sole discretion. No entries are accepted after close, and the drawing is held promptly thereafter.

PURCHASE ENTRY: Buy any digital download bundle offered for the promotion. Each bundle states the number of entries included. Entries are issued as a sequential numbered range and are visible on your confirmation.

FREE ENTRY (AMOE): Submit the free entry form linked from every giveaway page with your name, email address, and complete mailing address. Limit one (1) free entry per person per promotion. Entries submitted by automated means, bots, scripts, or through multiple identities are void.

Each promotion may publish a minimum entry threshold. If that threshold is not reached before the promotion closes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a cash alternative prize in place of the vehicle in the amount published on the giveaway page, or to extend the promotion period and give notice on the giveaway page.

If a promotion is cancelled prior to close, all purchases made during the promotion will be refunded and any awarded entries will be void.

At the close of a promotion, the total number of issued entries is fixed. A single winning entry number is selected at random from the full issued entry range using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The winning number, total entries, and draw timestamp are recorded permanently by Sponsor.

The holder of the winning entry number — whether that entry was received with a purchase or through the free entry method — is the winner.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of first notification.

Failure to respond, ineligibility, or return of a notification as undeliverable results in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by the same random method from the remaining entries.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release prior to prize award.

The prize consists of the vehicle described on the giveaway page, in as-is condition, plus any cash amount stated on that page, in exchange for no further consideration. Where offered, the winner may elect the published cash alternative in place of the vehicle. Sponsor closes entries at its discretion once the published entry progress target is reached or approached.

Sponsor does not publish an appraised or retail value for the prize vehicle, and no vehicle value is implied by the price of any digital bundle or by the total funds Sponsor receives during a promotion. The purchase price of a digital download bundle relates solely to the digital products delivered and bears no relationship to the value of the prize.

"AS IS" — NO WARRANTY. The prize vehicle is awarded "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. The winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made, and is in no manner responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize offered, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, safety, roadworthiness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

EMISSIONS, SAFETY INSPECTION, AND REGISTRATION. The prize vehicle may be modified and may not meet emissions, equipment, noise, or safety-inspection requirements in some states, counties, or municipalities, and may not be titled, registered, insured, or operated on public roads in every jurisdiction. It is the winner's sole responsibility to confirm the applicable emissions, inspection, equipment, and registration requirements in their own state, county, and municipality BEFORE accepting the prize, and to title, register, insure, and use the vehicle only in accordance with those requirements. Sponsor makes no representation that the vehicle is street-legal, emissions-compliant, or eligible for competition in any series, and will not modify, de-modify, certify, or re-certify the vehicle to satisfy any jurisdiction's requirements.

The winner is solely responsible for all taxes (including federal, state, and local income taxes), title, registration, licensing, inspection, emissions testing, insurance, storage, transportation, and all other costs associated with prize acceptance, ownership, or use. All expenses associated with prize acceptance or usage that are not expressly stated herein as being provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

DELIVERY BONUS. Where a delivery bonus is stated on the giveaway page, Sponsor will pay the winner that cash amount in addition to the vehicle if, and only if, the winner accepts the vehicle. The delivery bonus is intended to offset transport, travel, or delivery costs and is not paid if the winner elects the cash alternative in place of the vehicle. The delivery bonus is paid in the amount published on the giveaway page, is taxable to the winner, does not represent or imply any value of the prize vehicle, and does not obligate Sponsor to arrange transport.

VEHICLE DELIVERY. Sponsor will deliver the prize vehicle to the winner within 150 miles of Accurate Fabrication's shop in Bristol, CT. If the winner resides outside this 150-mile delivery radius, the winner must pick the vehicle up at Sponsor's shop in Bristol, CT or arrange and pay for all shipping, transport, and travel costs. Sponsor will not reimburse, coordinate, or pay for transport outside the 150-mile radius. Delivery and pickup timing are subject to mutual scheduling with the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or exchange of prizes except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

THE PRIZE VEHICLE MAY BE MODIFIED FOR PERFORMANCE OR MOTORSPORT USE. See Sponsor's disclaimer for important safety and liability information regarding modified vehicles.

Digital download bundles are delivered electronically immediately after purchase and are non-refundable once delivered, except where a promotion is cancelled by Sponsor as described in Section 7.

By entering a promotion, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and entry information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without additional notice, compensation, review, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

If you are announced as a winner, you agree to reasonable participation in winner announcement content, including photographs or video recorded at delivery or pickup. Sponsor will not publish your street address, email address, or phone number.

EMAIL. When you purchase a bundle or submit a free entry, Sponsor will send you transactional email that is necessary to administer the promotion — order receipts, digital download links, entry number confirmations, reservation and close notices, and winner notification. Transactional email is not marketing and cannot be opted out of while your entry is active, because it is how Sponsor reaches a potential winner.

MARKETING EMAIL. Marketing and shop-update email is sent only where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from marketing email never affects your entries, your odds, or your ability to receive transactional email.

TEXT MESSAGES (SMS/MMS). By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in — by checking the consent box at checkout or on an entry form, or by texting a published keyword to Sponsor — you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages from Accurate Fabrication LLC at that number, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, even if that number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE OR OF ENTRY. You are not required to provide a mobile number or agree to text messages in order to buy a digital bundle, submit a free entry, or win. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and Sponsor is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

STOPPING TEXT MESSAGES. Reply STOP to any message from Sponsor to cancel, or UNSTOP / START to resume. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Sponsor using the contact information on this site. You may also request removal by email at any time. Sponsor will honor an opt-out promptly; you may receive a single confirmation message after opting out.

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sponsor is not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, misdirected, blocked, filtered, or undeliverable for any reason, including carrier failure, spam filtering, or an incorrect or changed number or email address. Sponsor may modify or discontinue its messaging program at any time without notice.

MOBILE NUMBER CHANGES. You agree to notify Sponsor if you relinquish or change the mobile number you provided, and you represent that you are the authorized subscriber or account holder for that number.

Sponsor does not sell entrant email addresses or mobile numbers. See our privacy policy for how contact information is stored and used.

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, death, cost, or expense arising out of participation in a promotion, receipt, acceptance, possession, transport, use, or misuse of a prize, or the condition, mechanical state, or operation of any prize vehicle.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical, hardware, software, network, or human failures of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor's total liability arising out of any promotion will not exceed the amount you paid to Sponsor, if any, in connection with that promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or the operation of a promotion, has acted in violation of these rules, or has acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to void any entries associated with that individual.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or extend a promotion, or to modify these rules, if fraud, payment reversal or chargeback abuse, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or corrupts the integrity or proper administration of the promotion. In that event, Sponsor may select the winner at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the impairment, or refund purchases as described in Section 7.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the site or undermine the legitimate operation of a promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

The winner's first name, last initial, and city and state of residence are posted on the applicable giveaway page after the prize is awarded.

For written confirmation of the winner of any promotion, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope within ninety (90) days of that promotion's close to: Winners List Request, Accurate Fabrication LLC, Bristol, CT — or email a request using the contact information on this site.

Information submitted with an entry is used to administer the promotion and, where you have opted in, to send you shop updates by email or text. See our privacy policy for details. We do not sell entrant information.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND THAT YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST SPONSOR RELATING TO A PROMOTION.

You further agree that recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees, and that you waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

If any provision of these rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
