Terms of Service

Effective June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at accuratefabllc.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products, custom fabrication, or services from Accurate Fabrication LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("Accurate Fab," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a quote request, placing an order, or authorizing work on your vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer & Liability Waiver.

01

Quotes, Estimates & Project Acceptance

Prices and configurations shown on the Site — including the Roll Cage estimate tool and any product callouts — are preliminary estimates only and are not a binding offer to sell. A binding quote is provided in writing after we have evaluated the vehicle and scope of work. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project for any lawful reason.

02

Deposits & Payment

Custom fabrication generally requires a non-refundable deposit before materials are ordered or shop time is reserved. Deposits cover engineering time, material purchasing, and the bench/lift slot allocated to your build. Balance is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods identified at invoicing.

Past-due balances accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Connecticut law. Vehicles and parts may be held until full payment is received. Storage fees may apply to completed work not picked up within fourteen (14) days of notification.

03

Lead Times & Scheduling

Lead times communicated verbally, by email, or on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Custom fabrication timelines depend on vehicle condition, scope changes, parts availability from third-party suppliers, and shop workload. Accurate Fab is not liable for delays caused by supplier back orders, freight carriers, customer-supplied parts, or events outside our reasonable control.

04

Customer-Supplied Parts

Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer's risk. We do not warrant the fitment, quality, or safety of parts we did not source. If a customer-supplied part fails, is incorrect, or requires modification to install, additional labor and materials will be billed at our standard shop rate.

05

Workmanship Coverage

We stand behind the workmanship of fabrication and welding we perform. If you identify a workmanship defect in our welds or builds, contact us and we will evaluate the work in person. Workmanship coverage is void if the affected component has been subjected to impact, fire, crash damage, or modification by anyone other than Accurate Fab.

Workmanship coverage is the sole remedy for defects in our work and does not cover consequential damages, downtime, towing, lodging, lost competition entries, or any third-party parts. See the Disclaimer & Liability Waiver for the full limitation of liability.

06

Returns of Off-the-Shelf Items

Custom-fabricated and made-to-order items are not returnable. Stocked, off-the-shelf items may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt, unused, in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact us before returning any item so we can issue an RMA.

07

Vehicle Storage & Abandoned Property

Vehicles left at the shop more than thirty (30) days past completion notice, or more than ninety (90) days without payment, may be deemed abandoned and processed under applicable Connecticut law, including mechanic's lien remedies under Conn. Gen. Stat. § 49-61 et seq.

08

11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accurate Fab's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, any product, or any service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Accurate Fab for the specific item or service that gave rise to the claim. Accurate Fab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

12

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accurate Fabrication LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Site, your purchase or use of any product, your operation of any vehicle worked on by us, or your breach of these Terms.
