Privacy Policy

Effective June 30, 2026

Accurate Fabrication LLC ("Accurate Fab," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and a fabrication shop in Bristol, Connecticut. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect about you, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. It applies to accuratefabllc.com (the "Site") and to the contact, quote, and intake forms we use in person and over email.

01

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact, quote, or configurator form, when you email or call us, or when you bring a vehicle in, you may share information such as your name, email, phone number, mailing address, vehicle details (year/make/model/VIN), build goals, photos, and any notes you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we automatically receive standard log data — IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps — through ordinary web server logs and cookies. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Cookies. The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies for session, preference, and basic analytics. We do not sell cookie data. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work without them.

02

How We Use Information

  • To respond to quote requests, schedule work, and communicate about your build.
  • To take payment, issue invoices, and keep accounting records.
  • To document fabrication work for warranty, re-certification, and shop records.
  • To send occasional shop updates, photos of your build, or service reminders.
  • To improve the Site, fix bugs, and keep the Site secure.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
03

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business — hosting, email, payment processing, accounting software, and similar vendors — under written terms that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
  • Sanctioning bodies and inspectors when required to certify a cage or competition build at your direction.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to the same protections described here.
04

How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact and intake records for as long as needed to support your build, to honor workmanship coverage, to meet tax and accounting requirements (generally seven years), and to defend against legal claims. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep it.

05

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send us sensitive personal information that we did not request.

06

Your Choices

  • Access, correction, deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal and accounting retention rules above.
  • Opt out of marketing. Any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link, or you can reply asking us to remove you. We will still send transactional messages related to active work.
  • Do Not Track. The Site does not respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals because there is no common standard for how to do so.
07

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08

International Visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may not provide the same protections as your jurisdiction.

09

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Site.
